The A01 seems to be better overall. That’s not backlight bleed – that’s “IPS Glow”. Only an A-TW Polarizer can prevent it. There’s also no tinting on the A01. It seems that Dell has a panel lottery. You might get a good panel or you might not. I bought this and I suppose that I was lucky.

Exactly my point. Please tell us what made you say it does not support 24 FPS.
why does it not support 24 FPS? its wierd..it should! its refresh rate is 60Hz so it should support all of the Frame Rates! no?
omg backlight bleeding again… It looks so great, but this killed it for me.
please review Viewsonic VP2365wb. its a cheaper IPS panel and i really want a color accurate monitor for less money to use for graphic design and photo editing.

you didn’t mention how the IPS quality on this measures with other higher end IPS monitors. were there any noticeable differences vs TN? IPS generally has a higher power consumption, so I wonder if it’s worth paying for the extra electricity bill at the end of the month.
also, can you review the px2370/xl2370 and compare it to the u2311h?
@Krokodylowy2 I really want to find that out too. I’m gonna use this for gaming and general use , not for graphics. PFG can you answer this ? U2311H or XL2370 ?

Only buy an IPS LCD the TN panels are low cost and no where near as good .
Technically, that’s not back-light bleed. Its called IPS glow, and is common to all IPS monitors. Sometimes its kinda purple or sometimes it can be orange, depends on angles.
how abt the Dell ST2410 24” Full HD Widescreen Monitor?
