How to hook up PS3 to LCD Monitor and TV at once?

Ok my TV is a 28' Samsung LCD HD tv. My monitor is a 22' Dell LCD full HD monitor.

I have the component cables in my TV and the HDMI plugged into my PC monitor. What do I have to do in the settings to get the same image on both screens?
